This one was a new title for me. Owner let me know it was just a sound issue. However, a new title requires the ability to fully test all aspects of the game.

A new title brings a new Test Rig Adapter. They take a couple hours to assemble and debug. Invariably there is a connection in the wrong spot or some ambiguity in the pinouts.. Once completed – they are true time savers.
Board #1 – Board in for repair

Overall the board was pretty clean, but I always clean chip legs and Deoxit the legs and sockets.

The edge connector was chewed up a bit. Not sure why.. I did polish that up a bit so the corrections should be better. Once working on it, I used my Audio Probe and determined the LM324 was bad.

Replacing it restored the sounds. It did get the full 3 day power test cycle.
Board works!
