Privacy Policy — Lakeside Arcade

Lakeside Arcade uses REPLAY, its own in-house repair management software, to run its arcade PCB repair service. REPLAY is used only by Lakeside Arcade staff and is not offered to the public.

Google account data. REPLAY connects to Lakeside Arcade’s own Gmail account (LakesideArcade@gmail.com) to list repair-related email conversations, prepare reply drafts, and organize messages with labels. It never sends email on its own. Email bodies are read to show and summarize a conversation and are not stored; REPLAY keeps only basic conversation details (such as subject, date, and participants) and short summaries.

AI processing. When AI features are turned on, the text of a conversation is sent to Anthropic’s Claude service to produce a summary or suggest customer details. It is not stored by REPLAY beyond the resulting summary.

Sharing. Lakeside Arcade does not sell or share this information with anyone. REPLAY’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Customers. Contact and repair details you send us are used only to handle your repair.
